The integral renovation of the Olivia Room Mate hotel in Mallorca stands out for its architectural proposal.

Among other actions, its new facade transforms a building with simple lines into a volume that transmits the movement through white laminated wood curved louvers. Each slat has a different design along the facade, evoking the movement of the waves of the sea.
