These are 16 above-ground metro stations in Panama City, resolved with a spatial structure consisting of hubs and spheres screwed together. The structure is vaulted, with 8 vertical supports located on both lengthwise sides and 8 inverted pyramids connecting the spatial arch with the 8 supporting pillars. The structure protrudes beyond the support, "embracing" the station at track-level, with a capricious lengthwise curve, as shown in the perspective photograph. The stations are 45 metres high and 25 metres wide. The stations are covered in aluminium on the roof and façades. The aluminium is perforated on said façades.
