The traditional souq is situated on the opposite site of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi will span 245,000 square metres, and it will offer visitors a peek into Emirati culture.

Onddi has developed 18,000 sqm of skylights covering the transitional areas of the complex. We adapted our proposal to the traditional look of the project providing a glue laminated timber structure and glass solution, being the largest skylights using this structural solution in the GCC.

The destination will feature entertainment hubs, retail avenues, villas overlooking the canal and a four-star hotel. There will also be a covered market, with organic outlets and room for art and craft exhibitions.
